I am considering the following improvement for use on track.

• Performance Exhaust
• Power commander
• Dyno work

Is there a way I can do these in phases? Which one is a must? Which one must be done last?

Here are the mods I did in the order I did them for my 2018 RC:

-Emptied the cat/ removed the baffle (stock exhaust)

-Power tronic ECU (or in your case the power Commander)

-Open airbox mod and k&n filter

-Oversized fuel injector

-Dyno tune

Full exhaust systems are pretty expensive and aren't required to make solid power on the 390, I'd suggest putting that money towards an oversized injector and fuel controller. Also, the open airbox mod with the k&n filter is a fairly inexpensive mod but you should definitely install the oversized injector if your doing it.
