What are "through bolt forks"? How do I know which ones I have? I shouldn't be allowed to own anything mechanical.

I'm thinking about installing Woodcraft risers to get an extra inch or so over stock. It looks like there is enough slack in the cables and wiring to pull this off, but, if anyone has any experience with this it would be great to know for sure. For clarification, I'd be removing the stock upper...

I'm thinking about the Woodcraft risers as well. Replace the top clamp with a Tyga and get risers that would give me another inch of height over stock (probably the 1.5 inch risers). Has anyone done this? I don't want to have to extend cables and wires. I think there's enough slack, but not...
