I don't have the info you need. I think you should go to the dyno with the flash as an option for the tuner. He might want to take a look. Or call them and ask. I don't have the PCV.

Welcome to the wonderful like of owning a rc390. I commute with mine. I'm 189 lbs and with the airbox mod and rapid bike evo it does very well. It'll hit the Rev limiter at 111 mph.
You could put a diode up stream of the power feed and manual switch for the fan inline with the power feed of the ecu. That should keep it from shorting. Hopefully a real electric engineer will chime in lol.
Just an assumption, I would say the 200 injector is supplying the least amount of fuel. Then the 390 stock injector is the next largest amount. The over size gray area injector supplies the most out of them all. So, installing the 390 injector would seem like a upgrade for the 200 and the gray...
