My set lasted 1500 k's les than 1000 miles ,
Im sure they were a bad set as ive never replaced a set in 30 years but they had gone and the rear sprocket carrier was loose , wobbled and threw my chain cranked over a left hander !! Eeeeek ..
Was a build date of sep 2014 so please check yours .
Its been 4 months since on my rc as ive been concentrating on club 600 class , will be another 8 weeks untill im back on the 390 and im expecting 2-3 seconds slower untill i get that " seat time " lack of it or changes will set u back no doubt , chip away and your times will be better than ever .

You have probably bent something or not re-assembled correctly , loosen the bolt that goes through the brake lever and see if it frees everything up , if it does check clearance as the bolt may be pinching and bindingnon the lever not allowing it to freely move .
160 will fit , many rave about the 140 for quicker turn in and less un sorung weight and added ground clearance , personally i like and will stick with the stock 150 profile but i run dunlops .
Metzler 29/29 as per book is fine , set and forget . The more u think about pressures ( especially for 40hp and street riding ) the more u will worry . If u do hit the track on these tires , and your not at a blistering pace drop the rear to 26 cold and again youll be fine .
Fantastic collection . Built a similar "shed " for my toys too but then sold the house , it all resided in 2 40 ft containers and in storage at the moment :-(
Are you on the pirellies ??
29 cold sounds right , wouldnt want any more than 30/31 for a heavier rider .
We run the pirellies in production racing , 28or 29 hot off the warmers so same pressures cold for street will work well
As above , afraid not . The stocker realy isnt that bad and most aftermarket pipe and cans actually zap power ..
Akra and arrow are the way forward , couple other reputable brands also , but to get any benefit from even these u need PCV and dyno time .
