I used a little bit of fuel line I had lying around and reused the existing Y connectors:

    fork work, tutorial needed. please

p.s. - if anybody knows a shop in SE Michigan that they trust to work on these bikes, let me know. I'd like to upgrade the springs, but don't want to do it myself.

    Chinese exhaust?

The db killer on my yoshi is the same, no perforations. Just a tube crammed into a collar. It does make a noticeable difference in volume for me.

RC 390 fuel tank leak @1200 miles

Good idea. I think I'll go the repair route until the new tank gets here. Thanks.

RC 390 fuel tank leak @1200 miles

Ordered a new tank from ktm-parts.com. Got an email today stating that it's back ordered until march 2019. I'm hoping that's not really the case. Anybody have suggestions as to where to get a tank? Will a 2015 or 2016 tank fit my 2017? If so, maybe I can just ebay one for now. This is the...

RC 390 fuel tank leak @1200 miles

Ideally I would take it to the dealer to ensure KTM is made of aware of the issue, but I just don't have the time and patience. If somebody has a contact at KTM I could email this thread to, let me know. Otherwise, I'll just find whatever KTM support email I can find and let them know.

RC 390 fuel tank leak @1200 miles

Just wanted to mention that this happened to me as well. My garage was smelling of gas the last few days, removed the bodywork and found the same issue; leaking from the ecu mount plate. 2017 with around 4k miles. Yay.

What did you do to your RC today?

Short answer is that KTM put R&D into engineering the airbox. You can't just throw on an open filter and expect good results. It will require tuning. You may need to create several iterations of the intake system and do lots of testing. If you don't care about improving performance and just...

Very cool. Look forward to the dedicated post. Curious if you're going to use the stock injector.

    Rapidbike Evo Install/Mini Review

I just stick a piece of scrap 2x4 under the back of the tank. Works great. Fairings and tank come off in 10 minutes after you've done it a few times.

Who is happy with their RC390 and had no issues apart from normal wear and tear?

Love it. There's not another bike like it. The character of the high compression single combined with the handling makes it unique among my other riding experiences. It's also stupid light and looks dangerous. A+++++ would buy again. I ignored the break-in period and rode it hard from day...

    Low oil pressure.

Read through this thread: https://www.rc390-forum.com/forum/ktm-rc-390-general-discussion-forum/2789-low-oil-pressure-light-2017-rc390.html I would try an oil and filter change. If that doesn't resolve the issue, I would take it to a dealer. Part number for the oil pressure sensor is...

    Used bike maintenance

The first service includes a valve clearance check/adjustment. I would try to find out if that was done. It's important on these bikes, imo.

    2017+ Closed Loop

To clarify for anybody as confused as I was =)... It looks like the PCV does not affect closed loop fueling on the 2017+, BUT, the WBC2 does. Sorry if I led anybody astray, I misread the little message about closed loop on the hard racing page...

Looking to buy an RC390 so I thought I would join the community

Are you going to replace it with something else? Ninja 400 maybe? I'm hoping we see some more fun small displacement bikes in 2019.

How much do you weigh? I don't have any track experience, but the rear shock was an issue for me in corners. I'm about 190lbs. Other than suspension, my inexperienced (on track) opinion is that it's good to go. What are you using on the track now? How is it modded? Just so others can give...
