I love it. I also love the short shifter that it comes with. I've seen a few cases where the shift shaft was bent. I have personally had to replace the shift shaft seal which I suspect could have went bad due to the shift shaft. I'll send you a PM
The color looks good, but is the gap on that plug really small? It looks like it is in the photo. Did you have the valve clearance check completed? Did you start having issues AFTER have the clearance checked?
Take your spark plug, pull the ignition cable, and plug in the spark plug. Then rest the spark plug on something metal like the side of your bike. Then crank it over and see if you can see spark at the tip. Don't touch it as it could give you a little shock.

Oh, if you have a spare spark plug you could pull the ignition coil wire, insert the plug and rest the threaded portion on some metal to ground it. Then turn the engine over and see if you can see spark from the plug. Make sure your battery is strong.
Agreed. The good thing is that there are two well known areas where these things blow which helps out a lot when looking. I also use dychem on my head so that I can see the low points as I was sanding it down.
