I race in Nova Scotia Canada, and the Tyga belly pan is good enough for our race organization. I raced all last race with it. I don't even think there is 3L's of fluid in the RC 390. Have fun racing.
Sorry I don't have any pics from when I removed my ABS, I will give you the condensed version, I removed the gas tank, battery and battery tray, also remove the rad. From here you will see the ABS. It's not a hard job, just time consuming. And it helps to have small hands.LOL
When you disconnect...
I installed my T-rex sliders and engine case protectors this past weekend, they are well made and fit great. I did get instructions with mine. What I really like is that they are protection for my Ohlins external reservoir, I mounted the reservoir as the Ohlins instruction said and was worried...
I'm not a suspension guy but I talked to my suspension guy on Friday and he did say that the base of the fork leg does need to be removed. He didn't have the right size tool and is trying to find one, he also said it will need to be heated.
I use my bike for racing only, in one race I forgot to turn off the ABS and during the race it came on a couple of time, not good. So I removed it. I see no reason to remove it on a street bike.
