No judgements here. I have been following the forum since I got my RC last year and am surprised at how much money is being thrown at these bikes. My question is: how much money do you have to spend to make this a "good" bike? Again no judgements and I know its going to be subjective.
Anybody have an extended warranty on their RC? I would appreciate any info I can get. Through KTM or third party? Cost? limited coverage or where work can be performed? Thanks in advance.
Anybody looking for a 2015 RC390 with low miles and first service completed, some add-ons/upgrades at a decent price in northern Illinois PM me for details.
I have absolutely no hope of getting this back but anyway... I had one of the R6 shocks from Formula 390 stolen out of my truck this weekend. Not a rebuild but a clean one with a 215 lb spring and all the shims/bushings necessary for installation. I had it boxed up and ready to ship to another...
I have a 2015 RC that I bought in April of this year. Bike has 420 miles on it and I have the title in my possession. All stock with the following exceptions. I put a Vagabond tail tidy on it but still have the stock pieces. I put an ergo saddle on and sold the stocker. Bike has rear spools...
I have swapped out the top triple clamp and bars for aftermarket, lower items. If someone wants these stock items for modifying or replacement let me know. Top triple clamp, plastic ignition cover, bars and barends cheap.
This stuff has been sold.
I have a Scorpion EXO400 helmet in the gray tribal style. It is like brand new. I never wore it and I believe it is Medium. I had added a reflective Dainese sticker on the back before I put it away. I will check the size and get some pictures up if anyone is interested. I will let it go for the...
I have a '15 RC and have a question about optimal fueling. I am not going to do any pipe or airbox mods as I am not looking to increase noise or horsepower or even change the torque curve. I have read a lot about the bikes running lean and think I understand the socio-political reasons for that...
Anyone looking to try the mirror wedges from MNNTHBX can save a little money. I bought these here a short while ago. Maybe they work better with stock bars but for me with Driven clip-ons all they did was make the bike wider. All the necessary hardware, like new. $45.00 anywhere in the lower 48...
Has anyone installed/used one of these? I just installed some Driven clip ons under a stock top triple that I had modified to eliminate the bar bosses. Everything clears fine except at full lock and I was wondering if one of these is worth putting on or do I lose too much steering.
Opened an envelope from KTM today and inside were five certificates to RACE FOR FREE since I purchased an RC390. Card says there are four RC Cup Regional Race Series to race my motorcycle in closed course competition. Anybody know anything about this? Like where are these held and/or when? Thanks.
The front triple clamp lift stand that I used for my Aprilia RS25 wants to lift the bike by the beak and that's not good. I have a fork leg stand as well but that doesn't work well with the single side radial brake caliper. Does anybody have a triple clamp lift that positively will work without...
