    Keyless fuel caps

I ordered two of these, not realizing that they would not work with my tanks. The full holes in my tanks are not centred and these caps won’t work. If you have the tank with the perfectly centered hole it will work. I want 20$ plus shipping for each

Safety wire for the drain plug

I went to do the safety wire on the bike tonight and I see at least the larger drain plug is hollow at the top. So if you drill a hole though the bolt for the wire it seems to me oil would would drip out. How are people safety wiring the drain plug?

Tyga Rearsets - Check that rear brake lever adjuster & LOCTITE it!

This is just a public service announcement for folks who are running the Tyga rearsets... CHECK YOUR REAR BRAKE LEVER STOP ADJUSTER. I've just gotten my 3rd report from someone who's had the adjuster fall off, which then allows the brake lever to swing WAY too far up... So, look at the bottom...

Did i stick it in the wrong hole?

As the title says! Lol, this is to do with oil. I filled the oil up after draining it but funnelling it into the hole on the same side as the oil drain plugs. I then went to put the right hand fairing on and noticed the oil fill hole was actually on the other side. Will this be ok? I need...

    Footpeg rant

Dear KTM: Cotter pins? Seriously? I guess it cost too much to slot the hinge pin and source a circlip, huh? And boy, that right side- nice clearance on the rear master cylinder dust boot. I guess thats easier to access before you install the brake parts. Stoopid cheap s***s. Oh. To...

    Pop/Expanding Rivets - KTM # 90114062001

I lost some of the pop rivets holding the side panels onto the radiator guard (see here) during the break-in service last weekend. The best price I've found online is $4.87 each! Since I can buy generic pop rivets on amazon for closer to $0.10 each I'd like to find an alternative source. How...

    Mounted my iPhone 6 Today

I've been thinking where to mount my iPhone 6 to my RC390 for the past several weeks and came up with this solution. Because I use the QuadLock Case for my mountain bikes, I figured I could rig something up for my bike, so I started with the Wall Mount clip and chose a location that would let...

    Airbox Holes

The RC Cup racers were instructed by the AMA guys to drill a hole in the bottom of the airbox. Apparently the airboxes were fillng up with water in the rain event. Drill a hole at the bottom of the airbox on the LHS. The hole will allow water to drain out avoiding the engine 'drowning'. The CUP...

    Exhaust

Besides the Akra what are pipes people are running? I see the ones that run our the belly pan outlet hole but what a chore when you want to change oil.
