Question 2016 rc390 fork spring rate and oil weight

So I plan on upgrading the forks for track only use in the most cost effective way as I’m only an intermediate rider doing it for fun (no racing just yet)
would I be correct in saying that 8.0n k-tech springs and 5w fork oil would be sufficient for a 75 kg rider?
Any feedback/ opinions on other suspensions options is greatly appreciated

For 72 kg rider I'm running 1.0 kg/mm for a race bike.

Always a complex subject as this depends much on where/how you ride.
I find the Dave Moss YT video's on this matter very educating and debunk a lot of 'advise' you get on forums.
