2017 RC track/Road Tire. Q3+?

Yes a tire size question. This forum is difficult to find definitive answers. Or maybe I'm just stupid.

2017 rc390 track and street bike. Running decent pace. Needing new tires. I'm liking the Q3+. I've searched a bunch of threads and see conflicting information with 140 vs 150 rear.

The q3+ has both. Anyone running these have first hand advice/experience on which is more preferred?

Back when I ran the Q3+ they only had the 150 rear available but I do remember a little chicken strip that you couldn't utilize due to a lack of ground clearance. That should make the 140 perfect imo.
