This is something I saw on facebook and was being sold for the RC390. Any thoughts on how one would accomplish this?

I like that but it does not appear to be compatible with after market clip ons.

I don't think clip ons should be an issue, just curious about how they mounted it.

It looks like they mount it exactly where aftermarket clip ons mount...

You could also mount it below the clipons, no? And have a bolt and spacer arrangement?
I had tried a similar setup when I was developing my kit, but it had no rigidity. The leverage as you get further out from the pivot point gets pretty drastic.
