I'm curious as to what spring rate people are using for their weight? I'm 72kg(160lbs) and was supplied with 8.3 spring rate but find that too stiff and have about 30mm of unused travel. I want to drop down to a lower spring rate but I'm not sure what rate to go for.

I think you should just eat more pies till your your weight matches the spring-weight...might help me get a little closer to you on track.
