Best Storage Cover?

What is everyone using for an indoor storage cover? I am hoping to find something that is a clean, stretch fit. Preferably something that is somewhat designed for our bikes and looks good. So far I have seen the following:

I am leaning towards the Oxford as it is around $50 USD and looks good. Any other options you guys are using that are cheaper?

Thats not all weather. It's also not water resistance. I bought this.

Works out for me and the bike is outside.
