Engine dying at highway speeds

So I have a 2018 with a powertronic ecu, I was riding with some buddies on the interstate going somewhere between 75 and 80 mph and the engine just died. Dash stayed on and the check engine light didn't come on, I pulled off and checked if anything was leaking, and everything seemed normal, so I started it and it took right off and made it home. Anyone know what would have caused this? This is the second time I've had an electrical gremlin.

Kick stand sensor might have switched for a sec.

Sorry for the late reply. I thought that might have been it. Would it have shown on the dash for a split second with the kickstand error?
