Fork Oil Weight for Stock Forks

I was wondering whether to put Motul SAE 10W or Motul SAE 15W in my stock forks. I am 140lbs and wants to make the forks stiffer for racing.

You should be looking to change springs as well - stock ones are rubbish progressive springs that just seem like jelly when you get them out. I've just done this and putting in 10w oil. I'm much heavier than you though.
