Front brake

Has anyone found a feasible and practical way to transform the front brake system into a dual disk setup?

I have been looking at this. Nothing real simple or cheap. easiest would be to find a Moto3 set of forks, but expensive. And there would be engineering time to get triple clamps made to work with them. next option would be late model forks off of a 600cc bike. but same fit work would need to be done. And they are heavy. I have a '06 R6 front end in the garage. Heavier than the front of the RC. Another option would be to have new fork ends fabricated to accept the rear brake calipers Moto3 bikes use on their forks. then rebuild the RC forks with the new caps.

Looks like my solution will be to fabricate an adapter plate to mount a 100mm Brembo to the existing caliper mount.

I'm struggling to imagine what benefit you might achieve through such an undertaking. I can easily think of several disadvantages.
