Gear shifter stuck

Hello all,
The bolt for my gear shifter recently fell off during a ride. So I have just re-bolted it all up and put a small amount of Blue Thread locker on the bolt to stop it from loosening back up during another ride.

Though now the gear shifter seems to be getting stuck and I've got to fiddle around to downshift gears. It seems to be getting stuck half way as shown in video.
Any solutions or suggestions welcome?

I wonder if the return spring broke or popped off inside of the clutch side

I would check, if you have installed the washers correctly
You have to put them in in a certain direction, otherrwise the bearing cant spin freely ( because the washer has a different outter diameter on one side)
happend to me at least

As Hubn says or the rod was bent and you need to give it a wack.
