What is an Axle retention strap and where is that in the photos?
I've heard complaints about the stock Axle blocks, but I haven't had to change a wheel out on my own yet, so I am not sure what this improves upon exactly.

The strap mentioned holds the axle in place so you can operate the nut side with holding the axle. Its pictured in use in the first picture.
