Help needed for a new owner

Hi, I am hoping someone can help me. I bought a RC390 2014 with low miles. It has an issue where if I rev it full in neutral, it hits about 7.5k and slowly drops. If I ride on the road it will not rev higher than about 5k and won't get over 45mph.

I have tried new ecu, new fuel, filters, checked cat, new fuel and filter, MAF, head gasket is fine.

Short of scrapping the bike I am not sure what to do, any help would be really appreciated!

Maybe a bad injector, but it sounds like you may have a vacuum leak. Make sure the throttle body is properly fitted into the rubber boot on the cylinder head, that the clamp is properly tightened, and that there are no cracks or tears in the boot and no disconnected hoses anywhere.

Hi, thanks for the reply! I forgot to mention I also replaced the injectors but I'll definitely have a look at what you're recommending, cheers.
