hi, i have one track day on my (new to me) bike, and surprisingly the exhaust is too quiet. I tend to shift by ear, and would like to hear the exhaust note.

looking at the dbkiller install, it looks permanent. has anyone been able to remove and reinstall the akra dbkiller? if so, how? thanks for any tips.

On mine there is a rubber plug the size of a dime on the inboard side of the carbon tip. Take the plug off and you can access the allen bolt to remove the baffle.

I’ve been told it makes more power with it in.
i removed the catalyst that made a difference.

I see the hole, but there is no typical fastener head. I will try to post a picture later. (bike is stored elsewhere)

That is what I see also. It looks a if it is a permanent fastener such as a rivet. I guess newer models have this feature.
