My names Jacob, from the DFW area in North TX. I"ve been riding for about 12 years, I"m 27 now and haven't owned a bike myself in about 8 years. I've still ridden friends and families bikes occasionally, but I bit the bullet and after driving a friends RC 390 I picked one up myself.
It's a 2018 and should be ready for pickup tomorrow, but I can't stop myself from going ahead and looking into some modifications ha. Can't help it I guess.
Just wanted to introduce myself, and let everyone know I'm gonna be lurking like a mofo. I'm really big into comfortable cruising with lightweight bikes, since I'm going to be using the bike to commute through cities most of the time, it'll be more city driving for short stints than highway driving for sure.
Looking for the best bang for my buck modifications to increase felt acceleration, definitely get some new sound on the bike, crash cage, safety mods, etc.
