Is there a softer seat option?

can anyone suggest or recommend a different seat as it's like rock and after 20 mins and I am well aware of it

It also depends on his model year. I don't think, or at least I haven't seen, that seat for the 22+ models.

It might be a case of buying one and hoping for the best. I've always wondered why manufacturers make these seats hard. Lol

Soooo I have bought a spare seat and gel pad. Once they arrive I will attempt to make a new seat. If not I'll have to try buying one in.
I've not found someone with the 390 reviewing this seat but I have found someone reviewing the powerplant option. Saying it's almost the same as a standard one. So might as well attempt a gel seat mutation

I've got the powerparts seat on mine. Much better than stock. Its a little taller as well which is fine since I'm 6 foot 2 inches tall. Its also not as slanted forward so I no longer slide my junk into the tank

That's cool, if my mutation doesn't work I'll try that. I'm not sure why they lean the standard one forwards to squish everything lol

Is the power parts one softer? How many miles have you done in one sitting without a numb bum lol

Powerparts seat has extra padding front and back. I did 2.5hrs straight and my ass was fine. My back and neck are a different story.
