my sight glass shows max level at only 700 ml

my 2015 rc390 bike's sight glass shows max level at only 600 ml ....i drained the oil and poured 1.5 litre and now its totally in oil....did anyone have the same problem...i wonder if the conduits are blocked please help.
i bought this bike at 5k km odo and it hasnt been an year since i bought this

Did you lean the bike left to right prior to draining it? After you changed it did you start it for a little to get the oil circulating and then recheck it?

Did you follow the directions in the owners manual? If not, then you probably did not drain as much oil as you put in. Result: overfill.

You also should follow the instructions for filling after draining.
