problem with rev limiter, set at 8000rpm cant fix it

Hi, I have a problem with the bike, every time I reach 8000rpm the bike stops accelerating, I change gears the rpms go lower and starts accelerating again until it reaches 8000, then stops again, it happens on every gear until I reach 8000rpm. I have the motorcycle with the ktm dealer but they cant find the problem, please help
