I will be getting my rc390 this weekend, and I ordered a quad lock with the fork stem mount, as from my understanding it was a good mounting option for sport bikes.
But after ordering it (my bad, should have looked before, but I'm excited as this will be my first bike) I found out that I will not be able to easily mount it to the RC390 as the stem bolt/nut is not hollow in the middle but closed up?
I'm sorry if I messed up some terms, I'm really new to this!
So my question is, is the best way to mount it to go to a mechanic shop, and ask someone to change the OEM steering stem nut for a hollow one? Or am I just unlucky and I will need to sell the mount and accept lost money?
