Removing RC 390 stock Handlebars

Can someone tell me how to remove the stock handle bars from an rc390? Mine seem to be really stuck on and I am struggling to remove them. I have DRIVEN Halo clip ons to install but I can get the OEM bars off.

I used a dead blow hammer. Tapped them out.

For me, I backed the bolt out (the one on the end closest to the ignition that actually holds the bar in to the triple) until it only had a couple threads catching, then tapped the end of the bolt with a hammer to break the bar loose. Just dont go smashing on it and ruin the threads in case you ever want to put it back to stock
