Slipping gears on downshift

I’m starting to have this issue where the bike goes out of gear and catches when I downshift at high RPMs, ex 6th to 4th. There’s this clack-clack feeling until it catches again. It usually catches when I start giving it gas again. Chain and sprockets are fine. Does anyone have insight into this? Running a MY2018, 9K track miles. Thanks!

in case that gear stuck has not improved try replacing the above part it might resolve your issue.

all of them together..

I am not sure of the part nos but I did replace this and the intermediate gear getting stuck had reduced for me...
hope this helps

The shift fork and dog teeth were a little worn down so got these replaced during an engine rebuild over winter. I’ll find out in a few weeks if this hopefully addresses it.

oky. for track only is WPC treatment on the gearbox allowed?
or the engine rebuilder tried it on any motorcycle?

or REM finish (isotropic surface finish)
