Hi guys, during a maitenance operation without front wheel I started the bike and engaged the gears doing spin the rear wheel. The instrument board does not show speed value.
Question is, does the bike need to read both wheel signal to calcolate the speed?
Thanks so much fon contribution.

The front wheel is what sends the wheel turns to the ABS unit, which then sends a speed signal to the ECU, and then to the dash. Rear wheel can be rigged to be the one that is used for speed calculation with a wireing harness hack (some racers do that so they can ditch the front ABS ring and dissect the ABS unit to retain their speed function on the dash. In stock form tho, spinning the rear wheel doesn't do squat for speed reservoir readout tho.
