Throwing in the towel.....

As much as I HATE to do this, I'm probably parting ways with my beloved 2016 RC390. My old body just can't ride it effectively on the track anymore. I've had chronic neck pain for 10+ years, from poor choices I made in my twenties. My range of motion doesn't allow me to look up/through the corners anymore.

My hope is to buy a 2017 Duke 390, and pull the "go-fast parts" from my RC, and put them on the Duke. I hope to do some track days this year, but doubt I'll be as fast.

Does anyone here have any first hand experience swapping parts between the RC & Duke? I mostly want my suspension (Ohlins KT-303 & Racetech front springs), and my fueling/exhaust (Arrow pipe, PCV, and Chad Wells map).... From what I can tell, the only variable is if the Duke has ride-by-wire. My guess is it won't.... KTM likes to taunt us with that- I just don't see that happening on a 390cc single?
