That brace at the bottom? If so, probably something to help with deflection of the brake caliper

There is more going on there that meets the eye. Surprised they even have a brace since so many riders don't use much rear brake it seems. The line going into the banjo fitting looks like a combination of electric and hydraulic.Crazy teched up stuff that little area there probably cost 10 grand to produce!

Well I guessed brake related also, but I asked the same question on another forum and they said this.

Its a tool to measure swingarm stress. There is a strain gauge attached to the bracket that will measure how much lateral stresses are applied to the carbon swingarm. "​
