I added some dynamat to the inside of the lid and it lowered the vibrations a little bit, I'm planing to experiment with some black silicone, if it works I will post a how to.
I can type properly in this quick Reply box :D, I tested the forum in two mobile browsers the first one is the phone main browser (Galaxy S7 Edge) and it loads properly, second one is Chrome for Android and it doesn't load at all.
I will try again, just to make sure I have the right map the name of the one you sent me is "M18-015-HR0102".
Here is a list of the mods:
Stock ECU map
K&N Filter no lid
MIVV GP Exhaust no db killers
PCV5+WBC2
Fuel Shell 91 Oct
I been having a weird issue with the PCV+WBC2 combo.
Whit the base map I received from you guys it feels balanced, the only issue is I get exhaust pops between gears and some times when I let the throttle go, so I decided to use the Dynojet software to load the new learned fuel trims and well...
I am using a map hard racing sent me for the werkes + K&N no lid + wideband commander 2 but I will like to get pro tuned, I'm not a big fan of shelf maps. Do you happen to know a good tuning shop in SoCal?
I replaced the werkes with a MIVV GP and the bike finally sounds like I wanted, now is loud and deep but not obnoxious I made a video of the werkes and posted on youtube some time ago, I will make another one of the MIVV GP soon.
Thanks!! I use to have the competition werkes but the tone was high and obnoxious for me, I swap it with the MIVV GP the exhaust is still loud but the tone is deep, I love it!! :D
In my opinion if you want to make it safe and reliable you only need new brake pads, change the radiator fan for the spal and maybe a rear shock if you are planning to ride hard. All the other mods are more focused to power and swag.
EBC Brake pads $35
Spal fan: $43
Rear shock can go from $600...
Trust me you won't be able to hear Sh**, I went from a Werkes to a MIVV GP (no db killers) and now I can hear the motor and vibrations, the werkes was way too loud and the tone to high for my taste, something I really liked is how clean the werkes look.
