Just had two blanks cut successfully at ACE hardware of all places. Went to several "locksmiths" in town and they all claimed they couldn't cut the blanks.
Rolled into the local ACE on a tip and they duplicated my only key to two factory blanks. They used a twister 2 key machine.

If excessive oil is getting from the crankcase into the combustion chamber theres a problem. A compression and leakdown test would help justify worn rings or bore.
I've read the 2016 models came with a slipper clutch, but saw some conflicting information about what was sold in the USA.
Do American market 2016's have the factory slipper clutch or not?
I'm a sucker for using OEM parts as an upgrade. I would like to shorten up the clutch lever a bit, is it possible to use the lever from a 2017+ rc390/duke?
I used plastic panel rivets, specifically Dorman 963-056D. Found these at O'Reilly's auto parts for $3USD.
They fit perfectly, covered the pipe end perfectly and are snug but still removable.
