The head is still in great shape. Has honing marks still visible, the engine was shut off immediately when the seal broke. I quickly realized there was some coolant in my oil so I did not attempt to restart the bike.

The engine blew a coolant pump seal. It's currently sitting in my garage without the head or cylinder. I'm happy to sell it but it needs a rebuild.

14-16 are the same, 17-18 are different, and I know there were changes to the 2019 bike but I'm not sure if that included the motor.

Does anyone know what was changed between the 2015 and 2017 rear wheels? I have a spare set of 2015 wheels but am running a 2017 bike... I called the local KTM dealer in SF but they know nothing about these bikes.

The 2015/2016 fork lowers are different than the 2017 as well. So you might have ended up having fitment issues with the ABS sensor.
