No they are complete.
The RC390 one only has the d ring on one side, which is the same as the two sets I have for the Daytona 675 and the set I have for the SV650.

You don't have to remove the side fairings, but (if I'm remembering correctly) you will have to remove the upper fairing bolts and pull it out a little.

Any reason why we can use the triple clamp to tie down the RC390. Given the design has perfect holes to slip a strap through?
I usually use canyon dancers, but any negatives to using the triple clamp that I'm not thinking of.
I did a test with my bike (Tyga triple clamp) and the straps...
I just trimmed my sprocket cover a little bit with a dremel as others did. It's a fairly small section that needs to get cut out. Added 5 minutes to a 5 minute mod. I'll take a quick pic tonight.
