overhearing

Hello everyone. Does anyone's RC390 have radiator fan problem? My RC390's radiator fan didn't work when I rode today. The coolant temperature kept rising. When riding, suddenly the engine cut off while the RPM reached to 3000 ~ 4000. I guess it's a overhearing problem due to the broken...
