setting

hello all, I'm a pretty new rider and i got my 2017 RC390 in July. I'm mainly going to take it to track and just looking to around to see how others are setting up their bikes.

Just bought a 2017 rc390 that I'm setting up for the track...for my wife.

I see a few threads on this but I want to get the correct answer. I see people putting anywhere from 400ml-460ml (recommended) in each fork leg. I also know that setting the oil LEVEL is more accurate. Whats the correct oil height from the top, compressed, springs out?
