In no particular order, I've found these things to eliminate a lot of the vibration people complain about: 1.) Change the oil (too much oil seems to contribute to vibrations) 2.) Lube the axles/bearings 3.) Adjust/Check the exhaust valve clearances 4.) Tighten/Adjust chain tension 5.) New...

Something on the bike shakes between those rpm's. I think right at 4500. It seems to be something plastic, maybe battery cover which I thought would cause vibration sounds as soon as I took it off the first time, Anyone else notice? Slowly roll on the throtle and at those rpms it seems to happen,
