I can confirm that the Suzuki part is a perfect fit.

So it looks like Suzuki part number 62684-40A10 is 10x17x30 I'll order one to try it out on the lower mount. For the spring I'll be using an Eibach 2.25 inner diameter 7 inch free length 650lb/in (11.6kg/m) (part number: 0700.225.0650) 170lbs in gear.

Where or what did you guys search to figure out that the R6 damper/spring assembly's eye to eye, mount type and spring rate would work for our bikes? I ask because my NSR250 needs some help too. It's a lowly MC16 and won't see much beyond the occasional spirited ride so I'm looking to get it...

True, probably not much to improve on there except for maybe saving a few ounces by using an exotic material like titanium.

Header pipes usually mount to the engine at the exhaust port, that's just a section of a slip on exhaust. Would be cool if we had an option for a full exhaust system.

^^Couldn't have said it better myself. A large percentage of threads on this forum derail. Please excuse my role in this one. So! Back on track... The issue here seems to be with the run (kill?) switch circuit. Either operator error or issue with the bike.
