Hi Guys,
Sorry if the part is a little confusing. If we get a moment then will make up some fitting instructions to avoid any future inconvenience.
Matt.
Yes, the Scrambler is made here, as are a couple of other Ducatis. As are all the Triumphs. About the only thing that the automotive big boys struggle with here in Thailand is hot forged aluminium parts. Rumour has it that Taiwan is the place for this, but it's only a matter of time.....
Hi Guys,
FYI, we have redesigned the heel guard for added strength. It's now a lot stronger, so hopefully these cracked parts are a thing of the past. Strange how we've sold these for years for the Aprilia without any issues.
I reckon you blokes need to calm down a bit. You're obviously riding...
Thanks for the kind words.
Yes, come on......Let's see some pictures.
Here at TYGA we bang away at new products and new designs and all that head scratching and (quite often) frustration is highly rewarded when we see the parts finally fitted to the bikes.
It's great to see how the owners...
Hi Guys,
Spent the weekend fiddling with the bike, and also spent another day on the dyno fiddling with the maps. So we'll have maps to supply with the pipe.
We have some sound clips now. Just waiting on Paul to do the editing and get them up on youtube.
Cheers,
Matt.
Hi,We have several maps. Concentrating mainly on running with open air box lid and high flow filter. The difference over stock was quite shocking! We also did a fair few runs with the stock setup, and a couple of other permutations.Updated maps will be available, as we are continuing development...
Thank you for the feedback on the quality issues relating to the TYGA composite parts. We do take all comments and issues very seriously and if anyone has any issue then please send us an email and we will always do our best to put things right. I need to stress that the parts are all handmade...
Hi Guys,
Sorry to hear about the broken heal guards.
Fist thing, before we can move to the next step, please send me some clear pictures of the broken parts. Please send to my email: [email protected]
As soon as I've had a chance to look then I'll get back to you.
Sorry for any...
Oh, and one more thing, I'm having a bit of a chat with another member here, and we're considering making the top clamp 100% compatible with his steering damper kit. I guess that you know who I'm talking about :-)
Cheers,
Matt.
Hi Guys,
The picture is a Solidworks rendering, so the top clamp doesn't actually exist yet!
The handle bar clamps have been tested (for fit), as I had a set 3D printed to check clearances etc. We'll need to add a steering stopper as when I found a good position the switch gear was just...
Coming soon. RC390 top triple clamp and handle bars. All specifically designed for the RC390.
The whole assembly is lighter than the standard setup, and with the bars being seperate from the top clamp, there's no worry about breaking the top clamp during a crash, which is going to happen on the...

Dear All,
It appears that we have given misleading info regarding the KTM RC390 fork adjusters.
The actual true application has been pointed out by a couple of forum members here, and I can confirm that this is in fact the case. The adjusters will simply change the total length of the forks...
Robbi,
Both parts are in stock, so could be shipped with no delays. The actually delivery time depends on your shipping choice. UPS or FedEx would take about 3 days, or if you requested snail mail it may be considerably cheaper to ship, but could take 3-4 weeks depending on how much stuff the...
Hi Guys,
Sorry for all the confusion. We are in process of making instructions which will be provided with the products and also available for download off the site.
@ ArkansasDave apologies for your inconvenience. Feel free to drop us an email if you have any difficulties with any parts and...
I too had a Pirelli SC SC1 on the front. At no point did I have any front end slides, but our local track has a couple of hard breaking areas and this is where the ABS reared it's head. Had a couple of slides from the rear but nothing much to worry about. Not sure that a 150 tyre rear on the 4"...
Great stuff William.
I've since had the pleasure of an angry track attack on the RC390. What a proper little race bike! I'd say that KTM borrowed heavily from what they've learned in Moto3 when they built the frame and set the geometry. Wasn't too impressed with the brakes though. Well, the ABS...
The FRP parts are not painted, as in ready for fitment. While we try to get a good surface finish without any major imperfections, the parts will need some preparation before final painting.
