Sadly I don't think I have one of those. I'm hoping for something I can just grab off Amazon, or something. I would think I wouldn't be the only one. Colorado can't be the only state with this size plate.
Is there a license plate bracket I can buy to fit my plates? I just got around to fitting the plate today, and apparently the RC390 was designed to use ant sized license plates.
It was a good drive lol. Nice little road trip. Only doen side is the dealer didnt fill the tabk, and the bike was dusty. For the price i can afford a wash, and a tank of gas.
$5,750 for mine. Had to drive 200 miles to pick it up, but my friend covered the gas. So all i lost was time. The local dealer wanted about $6,500. I tried to talk him down, but he insisted they couldnt even take $100 off.
Im 28. Trained on a 250, started on a cbr600rr, then a 500r, now the rc390. Next will be a moped, then a 10 speed, then a tricycle, then hopefully im dead so my riding life is almost symetrical. Lol
That's what I'm gonna do. Sadly It's a week wait. The dealer didn't have any on hand, and will take a week to ship. I actually have some good zip ties that small from building computers. I guess multiple hobbies can pay off. :P I'll probably order some non-essential stuff while I wait. Probably...
@oldvet- You did lol. I was trying to beat the sun, so I was rushing, and forgot a step. Theres no light in the garage (I should fix that), so i was trying to do it while i still had some light. Dealer sold me a new one for $6.33. Not sure where those sites are getting $30 to $50. Talk about a...
And in a display of my own stupidity, and impatience, I broke the clutch switch. I was rushing through, and totally forgot to remove it lol. Gonna call the dealer tomorrow to check the price of a new switch. How hard is it to replace the switch?
Just bought a 2015 KTM RC390 from Elite Motorsports in Loveland, CO. Grand total OTD was $5750. Downside, don't expect the bike to be detailed, or have a full tank. This however is the best deal I've found in Colorado. Hell, my local dealer wanted $6,500. Elite Motorsports - Colorado's Premier...
What are the steps to remove the levers? Normally I would just do it, but my last bike had a surprise when removing the levers. If you didn't follow a precise sequence pieces of the lever could break. After that I figure I should always ask first lol.
Just picked up a 2015 KTM RC390 for $5,750 total. That's with all taxes, and fees. Elite Motorsports - Colorado's Premier KTM and Husqvarna Dealer ELITE MOTORSPORTS LOVELAND, CO (970) 461-1022
