angel eye

So I'd like to upgrade my headlights and I think it'd be awesome to upgrade them to like a demon eye/ angel eye/ halo setup but I can't find anything too great and I don't want to overwork the alternator and battery and all by drawing a whole hell of a lot of power. My question I guess is...
