properly

So my turn signal decided to pop out of its rubber stalk. I've tried pushing and rotating the turn signal back onto the rubber stalk but it doesn't seem to be working. Is there a way I can get this thing back on properly? I'd rather not use electrical tape or glue. Thanks in advance.
