warning--check

Theres this low battery warning that comes up if i leave the killswitch on for a while, say 5 mins, the bike starts fine and the battery voltages are fine when off and when engine running. Ive even Replaced to a new battery recently. What could be the issue?

A bit of a clunk developed in the steering head so I decided time to check the bearings. Guess who was not even finger tight, and it even had loctite on it. Just a warning--check and make sure it's torqued and has loctite. Spec is 52Nm or 38.4 ft/lb.
