Akra exhaust material? Steel or Ti?

Does anyone know what it's made of? Especially the cat portion. I have cracks around the welds and need to know if it's steel or Ti.

Chad, I just went to your site and it says "high strength durable steel"... which portion is steel if you're saying it's Ti? The exhaust can?

I haven't looked at our site. The can sleeve is definitely Ti, I thought it was all Ti (I could be wrong) by looking at surface finish. Grind a small portion and see what color sparks fly off, real quick/easy way to find out .

Ah ha. I don't have the system on hand. Whole bike is with suspension shop. They'll do the weld. Just trying to get the info for them. Guess they'll find out!

USUALLY, it's only the exhaust silencer bit that is in titanium. Especially considering the price for the RC390 exhaust.

When I bought the Akra Ti for the Duke 690 3 to fit on my Duke 4, it cost me a loooooooooooooot more than regular Akra system for the Duke 4, since it was all Ti, in the pipes as well.
