Engine oil level after 1000 kms servicing

This is my engine level after first servicing oil change. it barely hitting minimum level is it normal guys? or i they didn't change oil?
I have attached image please help me out.

It should be at max lvl ?

Oil should be somewhere between the 2 lines. But if your engine was cold or you possibly didn’t have your bike standing straight up in the pic it may not read correctly.

Below is what the manual says concerning checking the oil. You should be able to tell from the oil in the window if it is new or not.

Condition
The engine is at operating temperature.

Preparatory work
–Stand the motorcycle upright on a horizontal surface.

Main work
–Check the engine oil level.

Info
After switching off the engine, wait one minute before checking the level.
The engine oil must be between the lower and upper edge of the oil level viewer.

If the engine oil level is not at the specified level:–Add the engine oil.
