Hello all,

Gone through the infamous water pump seal problem and managed to change the seal, ok for 300km then same incident happen.

Found out that the "sleeve" or the "spacer" had been damaged this where the seal seats on, bought the parts but I can't remove the damaged one, does anyone had faced this issue before? Can it be remove from outside or need to tear down the engine?Screenshot_2023-11-30-00-34-39-983_com.whatsapp.jpg

Try heating the sleeve and midly tapping it with a ball-peen hammer. Careful not to bend the balancer shaft. It's stuck primarily due to rust as far as I can observe. Dab it with WD40 let it soak overnight, use a plier or adjustable saw plier and try wiggling it out, it should come out. If not try mildly heating the area. Good luck.
