Rick, I feel your KTM woes and frustration, hoping it's all over for you. Hoping you can offer advice, some wisdom or insight. I have a 2016 KTM that I have owned since new. The bike has always smelled of fuel and I have never overfilled the tank. The bike also overheats, consumes oil, stalls at random and sometimes will not restart for long periods of time (leaving me stranded). Attempts to have the bike serviced for issues have been ignored by a local KTM dealer for six months and KTM customer service never returned phone call during same period. As I was riding bike seven weeks ago bike dumped fuel down both sides of bike saturating my pants and ruining finish of frame, swingarm and plastics. Safety concern because gas also sprayed on parts of exhaust and I've seen parts of my exhaust get red hot and glow...
