Does it really matter?
However l very recently bought a brand new rc390 which turned out to have a dud battery but he’d coincidentally bought an Oxford ‘Oximiser’ which seems to work pretty well and is a conditioner as well as a charger so can be left attached for ever….. most of them are like this nowadays (battery changed under warranty if you were wondering).
