KTM RC 390 CUP: Oil Level

New here and recently changed the oil/filter on my bike. I'm exactly at 1.75L and the oil level in the window is still at the bottom marking. Should I add more oil until it's in the middle or just leave it knowing I have the spec amount of oil in it?

Are you checking the oil hot, with the bike level and 1 minute after turning off?

I'm checking the oil after it's hot and then hours after.

I keep mine above halfway up the window, so I would add a splash or two.

Mine is a stock road bike, though. 'Cup' bike owners may have different advice.
